Sony Photos Classics has unveiled a brand new trailer and poster for We Grown Now, a drama movie starring Jurnee Smollett, Blake Cameron James, Gian Knight Ramirez, and S. Epatha Merkerson.
We Grown Now’s written and directed by Minhal Baig, and follows the story of two younger mates who develop up in Chicago. The movie is about to launch in theaters in New York, Los Angeles, and Chicago on April 19, 2024, with a wider launch at the moment deliberate for Might 10, 2024.

“In 1992 Chicago, as Michael Jordan solidifies himself as a champion, a narrative of two younger legends in their very own proper begins,” reads the movie’s official synopsis. “As wide-eyed and imaginative greatest mates Malik and Eric traverse town, seeking to escape the mundaneness of college and the hardships of rising up in public housing, their unbreakable bond is challenged when tragedy shakes their group simply as they’re studying to fly.”
