Warwick Thornton was awarded the Golden Frog at Poland’s Camerimage Worldwide Movie Pageant on Saturday (November 18) for drama The New Boy.
The Australian Indigenous filmmaker accepted the pageant’s prime prize at a ceremony within the Polish city of Torun, the place the director was recognised for his position as cinematographer on the movie.
